Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by means of a communication designed to allow identification of the Customer and the contract, to be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

Alternatively, the communication can be sent, within the same deadline, by e-mail ( customer service @ saquella. it ) or fax +39 085 52086

The withdrawal is effective only if exercised no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the products. SAQUELLA 1856, as soon as the notice of withdrawal is received, will without delay contact the Customer by telephone in order to communicate the address of the place where the products must be returned; the Consumer will then take care of the return of the products to SAQUELLA 1856 in accordance with these indications no later than the following 14 days. SAQUELLA 1856, within the times and methods agreed with the Customer, will fully refund the amount paid by the Customer.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the products to be returned.
